Terms of Use

Bovani design (“Bovani design” “we,” or “us”) operates Bovanidesign.com and associated sites and mobile applications. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. They govern your access to and use of Bovanidesign.com, its content, and the services offered on or through it. These Terms of Use constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Bovani design.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information we receive from users and visitors. By visiting or using Bovanidesign.com, you agree to the practices described in them, by actively accepting this information within our “cookie policy” popup.

Terms of Payment

The Contract/Proposal
The Contract/Proposal will be opened and signed after the initial interview, when Client and Bovani design agree to work together, and before any work has begun from either side. Depending on the scope of the project, it’s complexity and length, prepayment may be necessary to start the project. Terms will be detailed in each specific contract and agreed upon by the Client and Bovani design mutually. Prepayment is not refundable. Project is considered to be finished after the final payment is complete. Final project files will be sent to the Client as they agree the project is finalized. The final payment needs to be completed at latest 30 days after the finalization of the project. In situations when Clients does not make payments in time, additional fees will apply. After the project completion, Client and Bovani design may remain in contact for purposes of meassuring the success of the finished work, without additional payment needs. Any additional work between Client and Bovani design that wasn’t previously agreed upon will be additionally charged.

The Prices
Prices will be discussed and agreed upon in advance by the Client and Bovani design. Price will differ considering the scope of the project, complexity of the finished product, deadline and value provided for the Client. There will be no late changes to the agreed price, however if additional tasks get included into the project, they will be priced separately.

The Payment
Payment will be completed after Bovani design issues an invoice to the client, through online bank transaction (bank, Paypal, Payoneer or other previously arranged transactional payment method)
