The data Bovani design collects

The data is collected via contact form available on this website, or directly via e-mail when Client contacts Bovani design office. The data we ask for is your name, last name, contact information such as email address and Skype name, phone number, or other information necessary to communicate with a Client in timely manner. Additionally, all of the information that has been communicated between Bovani design and the client will be kept secure and private. Bovani design uses SSL encriprion to keep this data secure.

The data this tool collects is: geographic location (country only), mouse events (movements, location and clicks), pages visited, date and time when pages were accessed, device's IP address stored in an de-identified format.

Bovani design website uses Google Analytics, an analysis tool that helps better understanding what kind of users are visiting the website and most interested in Bovani design services. Data that is collected with Google Analytics is GDPR compliant and none of it can be used to find out who the user behind the screen is.

Bovani design website uses Disqus tool to allow visitors to comment on blog posts.

Bovani design website uses Sharethis, tool that allows visitors to share Bovani blog articles on social media of their choosing. This tool collects cookie data that cannot be used to identify the person using it.

Opting out from data collection on all of these websites is possible, and links are available in the "Cookie policy" section, down below.

The reason for collecting data

The data Bovani design collects is necessary for establishing communication between them and the Client; with Clients contact information, two parties can talk about problems that need to be resolved, possible solutions and pricing of the services. We do not share this information with any third party, unless legal institutions demand this from us. If Client and Bovani design enter a working agreement, additional data needs to be collected: payment and contact information necessary to finish the project.

The analysis tool Hotjar allows Bovani website to understand the behavioral patterns of their visitors, with a sole purpose of understanding how to improve functionality of the website and to enhance overall user experience. Sale of sharing on this data is strictly prohibited.
